"I don't care whether this town ever grows or not as long as we can contribute to the feeding and clothing of the world and our boys and girls go out and do their part in life"
-Uncas Norville Clary, The First Mayor of Prosper

Prosper ACT & Prosper
The Town of Prosper was founded in 1902; largely thanks to the St. Louis and San Francisco Railroads bypassing Richland and Rockhill, and thus connecting East to West. Even though that was 120 years ago, Prosper is still a place where people from all over the country, and now the world, choose to live. People value things that they have a place in creating, Prosper A.C.T. hopes to give our community a role in the preservation and advancement of our town.
